    I’m using wordpress erase personal data tool. I’m looking to customize the email notifications that are sent to users when their data is/will be erased. I want to add my own branding and make some design changes to the default email template.

  • Hi @samtr, I’m not sure if it is possible to customize the content of this email unless you use a plugin. There are many plugins that allow you to customize WordPress system emails, likely including this one. You may want to give some a try to see if you can get the desired effect.
