Erase Customer Data

I have used the default WordPress Erase personal data tool but the customers data still exists within the WooCommerce > Customers screen. (I had initially deleted the user and order manually and that seems to have uncoupled the customer data in a state where the erase personal data tool now does not remove it).

How do I completely remove every trace of a customer including their name and email address etc etc?
