Equals numbers for the counter

Hi guys,
First i must say that your plugin is amazing. We are going to buy the add-on as well.
I’m wondering how can make so the numbers shows in equals like 1000 shares = 1K not the total numbers. It’s looks weird for the post who goes viral ??
Ex: https://www.boreddaddy.com/photos-stomach-drop/
153098 shares ??
