it took woodmart theme support and me one month of regular troubleshooting to finally find out why the page container and headers were jumping (both headers and sticky headers of the woodmart theme) .

THe issue was your plugin that was causing the jumps and was driving us literally crazy but as soon as we deactivated your plugin the problem got solved. Upon careful observation i found the issue to be the equal column heights toggle which was being on used on the page. The code of your equal column heights is destructive so please fix it or make it compatible with woodmart. Im using elementor and elementor pro and your plugin .

But just note one thing the issue was so severe and difficult to point that we finally also figured it was affecting only google chrome android mobile browsers for both mobile + tablet views only. This means there was no problem in a web view app, opera, firefox, safari, chrome on apple too didnt have an issue, but only chrome mobile browsers on android had this issue so we could not even inspect element it and figure out the issue in inspect element as one actully needed an android mobile and tablet browser to see the issue. THe video url is below. Woodmart spent a lot of time figuring this out for me and they finally nailed it. i further zeroed it to the equal column heights issue, it was not even the dynamic content issue.

We solved the problem but ive managed to reactivate your plugin on my staging url as sent to you for you to troubleshoot but you will need an android mobile chrome browser to see this issue as it will appear no where else but on the actual mobile android device using chrome only.

proof is the url i sent you and this video url –

Hopefully youl figure this one out as i deactivated the plugin as i only used the equal column heights but i may activate it again because i want to use some other widgets too but you got to understand and fix this a be a bit more careful of how you implement your code for equal column heights . probably the Javascript you use isnt going well with google android chrome mobile browsers or is causing event listener issues in it. So heres informing you and hoping you would seriously fix this issue as its very serious.

your plugin is activated on my staging website i gave earlier where only logged in users can see it. This will help you understand the issue equal heights column is causing on actual android device google chrome mobile browsers.

    Hi @soulfly1506

I have sent this to our devs team. They just replied that the function of equal height has no code that can cause this issue. The equal height gets the elements, check the one with the largest height, and apply the height to the other elements. Unfortunately, we do not have much to do in this case because it seems it’s not related to our plugin itself, but one of your plugins or theme triggers a function too early before the page is fully loaded.

To isolate the issue, I recommend creating a page with only the header, footer and the section that has the equal height enabled.

i think you dont understand. the issue got resolved as soon as your plugin gets deactivated. Its a bit tricky to understand because its only on google chrome android mobile browser and on actual android devices and you cant see it via inspect element also. Plus my google Andorid web browser app is fully updated. This issue persisted for 6 months and finally i took charge and now i know the culprit is your plugin. And btw why do you think that there is nothing wrong with your code? you seem to think that using JS to make equal column heights is a globally friendly way of coding for different themes. Basically say that your theme isnt compatible with woodmart. Simply say that you refuse to cooperate and understand that me and the woodmart team have been working on this issue for very long and ive sent you videos to prove that. Worst come to worst i will not use your plugin simply because equal column heights has not been coded properly for android chrome web browsers and it seems woodmart too in this case. But woodmart is a popular theme using elementor . Thanks but no thanks for the help. You refuse to understand anything it seems so i will not reactivate your plugin and infact im not even liking the support anymore.

@soulfly1506 First of all, we are so sorry for the inconvenience you are having. I totally understand your point. Please accept my apology and we will do our best to help you get this resolved ASAP.

We would really appreciate if you could give our team a second chance to help just by reactivating the plugin so I can check this further for you and see what exactly is going there.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards
