Episodes ‘temporaly unavailable’ in Apple Podcasts app

    i have been trying to get my podcast to play on all the platforms we got and it hasnt. We published our first episode and that episode is up and live but the second episode we been having trouble. The second episode is on the platforms but wont play…idk what to do and i am also new to all of this!

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue. The most basic troubleshooting step for iTunes is to double check the size and dimensions of artwork for your podcast. Make sure the image is at least 1400 X 1400 px square and no larger than 3000px square. If everything here checks out, the next step is to make sure your episode is publishing in your RSS feed. To view your feed URL visit yourwpwebsite.com/feed/podcast and make sure both episodes are listed. If the podcast is not present, you may have uploaded the audio to a regular post and not the Seriously Simple Podcast post type. To check, go to Podcast > All Episodes to make sure you see two episodes listed. If these steps don’t resolve your issue, check back with us here and let us know what you are seeing.
