Ephemera Widget Problem for Gallery

Hi, I have an Ephemera Widget added to the Content Sidebar for showing the recent Gallery Format posts. Sometimes it shows 0 Photos even when there are many in the post. If I click on the 0 photo link it does bring up the post with all the photos. Seems like some sort of a formatting issue. Appreciate any help.
