eo_the_start($format, $ID) not working

Ola,

I am trying to retrieve the event dates using eo_the_start() by pass the date format and the ID. But, sadly it returns empty, but in fact it should have a date.

I retrieve the ID by the $_GET(‘eid’) in my site.
eg. https://www.example.com?eid=23

I tried to pass through the ID in the function but nothing appears. I have checked the event, I does have a valid start date.

Not only that, i’ve tried a couple of function which has ID as a parameter, but it returns nothing.

Nothing shows up. Need a hands guys.
