    Hi friends,

I just recently installed WP Stateless on a site to offload my media library, and it worked with mixed results. Before installation, the site was using 15GB. After installation, the amount decreased to 10GB.

However, there is still room for improvement.

After reaching out to my hosting support, they’ve identified /upload folders which are still consuming large amounts of storage. See this screenshot.

After inspecting the site, it seems that Envira Galleries are properly serving media files for each gallery (see screenshot of inspector URL). However, when displaying images in a lightbox, the media file is still served both locally and from Google Cloud?

Any help or guidance you can offer here will be much appreciated. Perhaps I did not run the sync correctly? Is there another alternative to remove all local media files?

    Thank you!

    Hello @21adsmedia

If you are using the WP-Stateless mode Stateless or Ephemeral – media files on your server should be moved to Google Cloud Storage.

If there are numerous files in the 2021 folder – the sync process may have been interrupted and did not complete successfully.
