Envira Gallery account issue

After upgrading to Pro license, I cannot verify my key within the plugin settings. I tried reinstalling the plugin and refreshing the key, but I do only get error messages “The key entered has expired”.
I tried to contact Envira Gallery through the official support channels several times, but didn’t get any response. I am frustrated since I cannot get new galleries posted to my site for a few weeks now and couldn’t get any help from Envira.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
