    Hi there @viaxgrupo,

    Thanks for reaching out.

From my understanding, you’re looking for a solution to restrict certain products (in this case, animals) from being shipped to specific areas, and also to add a different shipping cost for these products.

You can achieve this by using a WooCommerce extension like WooCommerce Advanced Shipping or WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping. These plugins allow you to create different shipping rules based on product, category, and shipping location.

In your case, you can set a rule that restricts shipping of animal products to certain areas. For the shipping cost, you can set a different cost for animal products. This cost would be added to the cart when an animal product is added.

    I hope this helps.

    Hello ckadenge,

Thank you so much for your reply. Actually, we already use this plugin (Table Rate Shipping).

The problem is, when my customer wants to buy two products: animals + material. There are two situations:

    1. My client only wants to buy some animals. So, as we have configured it, only some people can buy animals (for example, in Valencia). If my customer live in Galicia, the system doesn’t allow them to buy animals, which is good as we can’t send there.
    2. My client wants to buy two types of products (animals and other complements). There is no problem with my customers from Valencia (for example), and the shipping cost is added properly. The problem is when muy customer from Galicia buy animals and complements. The shipping cost is not added in this situation, as we can’t send animals to this location. So, the system allow them to buy all the products and the only shipping cost is the one related to the equipment/material/complements. Our two shipping areas conflict and we have to cancel these orders that cannot really be shipped.

My question is, how can we restrict the purchase from the 2nd situation, when my customer live out of the area of animals?

I hope the query is understood and sorry for my English

    Thank you in advance
