Envato login not working for PRO support

    Hey, there. The Envato market is terrible I’d recommend moving your plugin from their platform. My client just bought your pro plugin per my recommendation and we can’t login to download the plugin. We also can’t reset any password info through their system. Anyways, we essentially have a handful of query blocks on one page that are using the query block but are “custom” in that they also include the filter to filter by a particular taxonomy. When we use your free version (hoping this is fixed with pro), the sort doesn’t work. However, if I switch the query block type from “custom” to “default”, the sorting works. How can we get this working with multiple queries on the same page using that “custom” query type?

    If you are having any issues with the Envanto market account, we’d recommend contacting their support. Usually, they are responding in a couple of days.

    We are not exactly sure what you want to achieve at the end. Do you have multiple queries on the page? And you want to use the sorting widget in order to sort them by price from higher to low, etc? Or what exactly is the goal?
