Entry Wizard Helper

  • I have set up members to be entry wizard helper and gave them all of the required access in the permissions as follows
    All Currently Assigned Permissions for this user:
    Edit Layouts ** Edit Any Layout **
    Assign Layouts ** Assign Any Layout **
    Edit Web Forms ** Edit Any Web Form **
    Manage Web Forms ** Manage Any Web Form **
    Manage Web Forms With Selected Layouts Clinic uploads
    Download Data From Web Forms ** Download From Any Web Form **
    Download Data From Any Web Form With Selected Layouts Clinic uploads
    Edit Rating Forms ** Edit Any Rating Form **

    The problem is when they go in to manage a web form they can see everything except the image makers name. The reason being they can see who entered what in a category and if wrong they can email the person and have them change it.

    Also in the judging they can not go in as a judge to see their progress much like a admin can do

    Is there something I should setup in WordPress user to let them see this information like edit users?

    I figured it out I added user list to the user and now he can see the information as required

    Glad you were able to work it out — I did put it in one of the help popups, but should perhaps emphasize it more.

    Eventually I’d like to redo all that permissions code. It was set up before Ewz-Rating was written, to allow for potential judges to download images. If and when I find time to do that, I’ll see if I can work out a way to get around this issue at the same time.
