The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Please navigate to the Connections Manage admin page and click the “Moderate” filter link at the top of the page.
Does that help?
Following up… do you still require assistance? Were you able to find the entry submissions?
Hi Steven, Thanks for the reply. I did try the Moderate filter and nothing is there. I just tried submitting another entry and there is no error message, the online form returns reset to empty and no new entry is appearing in the Connections > Manage > Moderate page (filtered). Thanks
Update: I just tried making a new entry by using … Connections : Manage > Add New (button) and it did not work as well.
Is Connections and any add-ons you may have installed all current and up to date?
yes, everything (add-ons) is up to date. I am nopt on WP 6.1
WordPress 5.5.11 running Twenty Fourteen theme.
Ok… what version of Connections is installed? The minimum WP version was bumped about a year; my best guess is you have version 10.4.23 (or older) installed? Is that correct?
Can you please confirm the add-ons installed and their version numbers?

My best guess is that The legacy Form version is incompatible with the relatively more modern Connections version.
Probably the simplest solution is to try to roll Connections back to an older version. I think Connections 9.9 or 9.9.1 should do, as they were the current versions when WP 5.5 was released.
Here’s a plugin that can help you rollback to an older version:
I suggest making a back up before attempting to rollback Connections that way you can restore if you run into trouble.
I hope this helps; please let me know.
Is there a way to get everything up to date (upgraded)? I would prefer being current, as opposed to rolling back, if possible.
The issue with upgrading is that your WP install version is 5.5.11. The minimum supported WP version is 5.6, which will soon be bumped to an even more recent version.
You would have to get WP up to date before updating everything else. I assumed there is a reason you’ve kept WP at 5.5.11, which is why I suggested the rollback.
If you update WP, you can renew your support licenses for the add-ons (assuming they are expired) and download the updates.
Here’s the link to your account page where you can renew and submit support tickets:
I hope this helps; please let me know.
Hi Steven, Thanks for the support thus far! I have updated, WordPress to 6.1, and PHP to version 7.4 and renewed my CBD support license as of today (02/13/2023).
What do I do next, in terms of migrating/updating from my older plugin versions to the current (new) ones so I do lose any of my existing data?
I would also be interested in hiring you as a consultant to help me get the most out of your plugins if you are available.
Marking this resolved since this has been moved to the customer support channel.
Thanks Stephen, Getting updated did the trick and the sumbit form is working now, as expected. Thanks again.
No problem; happy to help!
