Entry-meta & Single Navigation problem in Twenty Eleven theme?

We have a bit problem with our site. We can’t seem to fix the entry-meta and single navigation areas in our individual posts. We’re using Jetpack’s CSS editor so we can easily override our theme.

Here’s the problem:

We want the entry-meta to be placed under the entry title and the single navigation links to be placed on the bottom of the individual post.
Is there anyway we can fix this?
