If a site (https: // …) is previously loaded in the search console, when I install the site kit plugin, it instantly duplicates the entry in the search console using (http: // …) thus generating an error in the search console .
    How can I avoid it?

@virtual21 Can you provide the following information and we can hopefully assist:
    – Your site URL
    – Did you have Site Kit setup previously, with an older version of the plugin?

You can also attempt a fresh re-install of Site Kit via the following:
    1. Reset Site Kit (Site Kit > Settings > Admin Settings > Reset Site Kit)
    2. Delete and reinstall the plugin in full
    3. Proceed with the setup process

    Thanks for your help.
The problem was generated because the Google Analythics account was incorrectly associated with the search console account.
    Site Kit is good
