Entry and Directory html

Hello,
how can I customize entirely my html output of the directory and entry?I need to wrap the different form data in headings, paragraphs and lists as needed. Similar to the html-output for user listing in Profile Builder Pro.
The table or ul/dl output doesn’t do what I need.
