Entries with “external_upates-{plugin name}” setting was upated

This appears to be similar to this issue reported here — it is probably coming from this custom plugin updater solution — this line here whenever it does a plugin update check.

Thanks Kaspars. Is there a resolution for this? I assume this plugin updated solution is already baked into my plugins “minervakb” and “user-role-editor-pro”, so is the only solution for me to try to filter these out of stream?

Looks like the general option updates are logged here in connectors/class-connector-settings.php so you could use the wp_stream_log_data filter to exclude all option updates for keys that start with external_updates- like so (not tested):
