Entries not saving

Hey there,

I created a form and i tested it and it was working and saving entries now suddenly few days later after launching a campaign and we got zero leads, i tested the form it is no longer saving the entries. This is the link: [ Link moved to “Link to the page you need help with” field. ]

Is there a chance i can find them in the database if the entries arent showing under the form name?
