Entries not matching results After latest update

    Hi

    We are using this plugin since a week and it was running smooth as we only needed basic free features of the plugin. But after latest update of the plugin released yesterday as per IST. the results and the no of people who took the Quiz are not matching

    Entries shows 180 people took this but results page shows only 154 as of now and the increment is happening without any external intervention. Like another person if attempts the quiz it shows 155(within the plugin) and here on the displaying page

    https://living-smartly.com/2023/06/hinduism-quiz/ – (shows 180 something but in Dashboard >> plugins >> quiz maker >> results it shows 154) and they are incrementing synchronously.

    Please have a look on this – we have a clear info on who is taking the quiz but the metrics are not even matching – it’s showing +40, +45 to the actual figure of results.

    Please review and suggest if anything went wrong !!!

    Please confirm whether the problem has been resolved or not for you.
    If not, then, please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case.

    1. Please go to the Quiz Maker plugin > Results page > this particular quiz results and take a screenshot.
      Then, provide us with the screenshot (of the Results page showing 154 quiz takers) so that we can check the results displayed there.
    2. Please provide us with a short video, where the given problem can be displayed for a better understanding.

    We have checked your website and noticed that currently the number 179 is displayed there.

    By the way, I want to mention, that the newly-added option of the plugin (v.6.4.4.4) doesn’t have any connection to the case you are mentioning.

    Thanks for Reaching out

    actually it was a feature we missed to check properly on results page which shows All read and unread responses of the Quiz

    It is now resolved – sorry for the thing !!

    Just a last query

    Should we update to the latest version of this plugin @hyenokian !!!

    You will be able to update the free version of the plugin in WordPress without any backup.
    You will not lose the results.
