    Hi,

    when I enter the data for a counter, they are not saved.

    He is completely reset. For the shortcode output, I get the following message:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function setShortCodeArgs () on string in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/countdown-builder/classes/Actions.php on line 61

    Could you please check have you correctly added a countdown id to a shortcode?
    And you can try to update this version for fixed that PHP error https://we.tl/dL8gr6z2jl.

    Hi Adam,

    unfortunately nothing has changed.

    I’ll create a new counter, enter a title, change the font to 14px, for example, and click Refresh. After saving the font is back to 9px.

    Oh yes – I had copied the shortcode from the overview page – so it is correct.

    Could it possibly be that the plugin interferes with another one?

    Hi,

    in the preview the ad will be displayed correctly. Only after saving saves everything again.

    The homepage is currently under construction. I have unlocked it. For example, the counter is integrated here (right side under test): https://www.schulblau.de/about/

    There is currently no error message – but no counter …

    Could you please provide shortcode which you enter to the page and can you give me screenshots countdowns list and countdown edit page or can we do TeamViewer session for live solve your issue it’s will be fast.

    edit1 is the normal view. edit2 when changing and edit3 after saving. For the shortcode screenshot, the highlighted code is the one used.

    Do you have any cache plugin? Did you try delete page cache?
    Or can we do tomorrow do TeamViewer session?

    have wpfc as a cache plugin. But it did nothing.

    For a talk about Teamviewer my english skills are not enough.

    But I will deactivate and test all plugins at the weekend.

    In TeamViewer session you do not need to speak Englis I just connect to your computer and you will see how I do test and fixe that issue.
    You are a very important user )) and i want to solve that issue.

    I disabled all plugins and enabled the default theme “Twenty Fifteen” – unfortunately the same error.

    When do you have time to visit my screen and where can I send you my access data?

    Saturday and Sunday at 01:00 pm to 03:00 am.
    And weekdays i’m ready at 21:00 pm to 03:00 am.
