Entire website down after activating plugin

  • Hi

    I downloaded and installed the plugin.
    After activating the plugin the entire website was not accesible anymore.

    This is a multisite, it doesnt’t matter if I activate the plugin network-wide or only on one site, after activation the website is dead.

    After deleting the plugin manually via FTP the website worked again.

    Can this issue be resolved or is this plugin just not working with every site?

    This issue can be because you are using Mult-Site and because of some reason the required tables for WSDesk are not created while activating the plugin. Please answer these questions, so that we can help on this issue.
    1. What is the PHP, wordpress & woocommerce versions you are using.
    2. Have a look at PHP error_log file (you can get help from developer or hosting provider) and let us know if there is any errors while activating the plugin.
