Entire website crashed after plug-in update
-
I had a plug-in update today, and four minutes later, my whole site was unavailable. Absolutely none of the pages load, and I’m left with this message:
Warning: require_once(/home/customer/www/dialoguematters-training.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iks-menu/freemius/includes/managers/class-fs-clone-manager.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/dialoguematters-training.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iks-menu/freemius/require.php on line 24
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/customer/www/dialoguematters-training.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iks-menu/freemius/includes/managers/class-fs-clone-manager.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php74/pear’) in /home/customer/www/dialoguematters-training.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/iks-menu/freemius/require.php on line 24How can I go about getting it to work again? I’m relatively new to building WordPress websites and maintenance, so I’m not sure what the best course of action is to fix it. Presumably, I need to roll back the update somehow?
