Entire team away and no support for 2 weeks?!

OK – just spent $100s on WC extensions and need support on them – I have a launch in 5 days.
Tried to open ticket on WC site but see:
“The entire Automattic Family, including us here at Woo, will be attending our Annual Grand Meetup where we’ll be working to improve our systems and processes to better serve you. We won’t be available to respond to support requests during this time, but we look forward to helping you when we return on September 22, 2016.”
WHAT!? This is a joke right. You cannot possibly be telling customers who have paid for support that your ENTIRE team is off on a jolly and they’re on their own. Please clarify asap. Thanks.
