I haven’t worked on my site for a few weeks, but when I stopped by today, I noticed that all of the text site-wide is now in italics. The only action that’s happened with the site is someone filled out my contact form yesterday.

Any ideas about why/how this happened and how to fix it?

Do you think the contact form had anything to do with it? Any other ideas about my site’s security vulnerabilities?

I’m guessing you are hosted on GoDaddy? They had a bunch of servers hacked – all had this similar result — if you look just below the body tag on your site (look in a browser under “View Source”), you’ll see the hacked code having to do with PayDay Loans.
