Entire SITE stopped loading

Folks, I am kinda in a panic. My site at https://www.renewedreflections.com stopped loading sometime yesterday.

What I have found out is that because I use FF it loads sometimes as if it was forgiving some type of time out or something.

In IE the page says done but does not load up. When I view source looks like it is not finishing loading the entire source.

I have another blog running at https://www.renewedreflections.com/blog/ this is a seperate installation but the code and db are on the same server. It is still running fine.

Periodically when I allow the IE screen to sit long enough, the page renders.

Now I was chasing code in the template for a while until I tried to load the wp-admin, and noticed it took forever to load also. Once in wp-admin, I can move around fine. BTW this is for both IE and FF.

I have done a check and repair tables, but honestly have no clue where to go from here. It does look like something may be timing out but I have no idea how to identify it.
