Entire site Redirecting to Login

    Our entire site is redirecting to the login page. We deactivate the plugin and now it is working, but now we risk our users seeing content and pages that they should not. I need help ASAP. clearly there was an upgrade or coding issue that did not work and this is causing huge issues with redirects.

    The entire domain and all pages were being redirected to https://crgroup.com/support-portal-home/?redirect_to=%2F.

    PLEASE HELP

    these files were added and clearly caused the issue.

  • We are having the exact same issue with our website since late last night (EST, USA). To the Developers: please try and resolve this asap so we don’t have to open up access to the whole website. Thank you!

    Hi Joachim,
    So far it seems to have fixed it! I have re-enabled the plugin, updated to the latest version, and cleared all caches and so d=far, no redirecting back to the login screen. I’ll keep an eye on it and report anything but it seems to have fixed it. thank you for the quick turnaround.

    Version 2.2.1 solved the issue on normal pages for me, but other pages and taxonomies (like those created by wp events manager) don’t work.

    Even my login page (created by TML) doesn’t work I rolled back to 2.1.3 and everything works with that version

    Same problem for me.
    When im not logged in i get redirected like this:
    WP 5.6
    https://<mysite>/somePage -> https://<mysite>/?redirect_to=%2FsomePage%2F
    WP 5.8
    https://<mysite>/somePage -> https://<mysite>/?redirect_to=%2FsomePage

    Plugin version 2.2.1 does NOT solve this problem.
    Seems like an url escape bug…
    If i can provide any further details let me know.

    @kirigamiwabisabi and @preufonia, could you open a new support thread and provide screenshots of the Access Conditions in your levels? That would make it much easier for me to help each of you, if you already rolled back to a previous version, you do not need to update yet.
