Entire site overlapping and increasing image sizes on mobile and tablet

  • I’ve reset all theme options, customizer, and CSS Hero. This is effecting my entire site and any new pages I add. I’m losing my mind. Please help.

    Everything looks great on desktop. On tablet or mobile everything overlaps and images blow up.

    Spoke to a friend that doesn’t know WordPress but does coding. She said it sounds like a rendering issue.
