Entire layout gone/Error 404

  • my site is https://merc80.com/

    I was in the dashboard trying to change some very basic things and now when i go to the login page, it looks like an extremely basic HTMl ,login page and when I log in with my username and password I get an Error 4094 code.

    What is going on and why can I not talk to a direct live person to resolve this issue. This is extremely important and cutting into potential clientele.

    Is there a way fr me to upload screenshots?

    Your wordpress theme files are deleted. css file and files from wp-include folder is deleted. you need to again restore file.

    @wpapi But when I go to log in to the site, the entirte dahsboard ins’t there and I get the 404 Error. Is this something that may have been erased on the end of the Godaddy.com where I registered the site?

    Because there is no WordPress support desk. It’s free software, so the only support is via this, volunteer-staffed, forum.

    This is extremely important and cutting into potential clientele

    It’s no more important than any other support question posted here.

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of your version of WordPress.

    Where do I restore the files at?

    @yserrant – You may want to consider using wordpress.com for your blog. It will allow you to avoid all the technical hassles of setting up the software on a hosting service.
