Entire blog is now linked to external website. How to fix?

I have 2 websites and somewhere on site 2 I referenced site 1. Now almost the entire site 2 (blog posts, titles and all) is a link to that page on site 1.
I have looked all over for where this link occurred. Can anybody help me track this down? Thanks.
