Entering ranges in blocklist

    Hiya. If I want to add a range of ips to a blocklist, the user tip says to enter it thusly: (1.2.3.4-5.6.7.8). Silly question probably, but should I make sure there are no leading spaces before/after hyphen? Cut and paste from whois has leading spaces.
    Second question: Would it be better protocol to block 1.2.3.4/254 instead?
