Entering Knockout Round Fixtures

Hi,

Brilliant plugin!

How do I enter the Knockout Round fixtures like you have done in your demo?
I’ve set up the rounds, and I presume I have to create Teams such as “Winner Group A” – but if I try that, it says I need the country code.
