Entering Hub ID but getting authentication error

    We have inserted out Hub ID but there is a authentication error everytime.

    A problem occurred. Details are below:
    Expected parameters are missing or invalid (portalId). Please check to make sure you have the correct link, perhaps it was copied/pasted incorrectly?

    Any ideas why this keeps happening?
