    Hi,

I am creating a league website for a basketball game. The idea is that teams managers will register their teams to take part in weekly online arranged fixtures.

After they have played their matches, using the Team Access feature both managers will see the fixture they have just played and only that fixture. The problem with this is that as both managers have access to the same fixture, it means any one of those managers can play around with the other teams stats, basically cheating.
I want them both to see the fixture so they can edit it and input their team lineup and stats but I don’t want them touching the opposition’s team stats which I think is unavoidable because they have access to that fixture/event in general.

As a work around I was wondering if it was possible for an admin to be able to Hide or Lock the event from further editing once both teams have finished entering their stats.

This can be in the form of a tick box saying ‘Lock Event’ meaning only admins can access the event regardless of ‘Team Access’ or simply a ‘Hide Event’ button taking it out of view but still publishing it.

Their is a Private option already but this means it doesn’t show the updated information in the league table because.. its private.

If anyone has a work around to help prevent tampering of statistics from both teams who can access the same event, I am all ears =].
