A great plugin. Just one problem. When I enter the start and finish times for an event, in this case 18:30 20 October 2017 and ending 22:30 20 October 2017 then save the event the times appear as 5:30 21 October and 9:30 21 October. Daylight saving is not switched on. Computer and WordPress settings are correct. I am in the Sydney time zone.
I thought I could work around it by unclicking the show date and time in the settings. That works except the wrong times still show up underneath the name of the event in the tickets.
I have tried numerous times with the same result.

I would be happy with some script or edit script which removes the date and starting times from the tickets. I can provide this information in the name of the event.
    Thanks

    Hi John,

You can try using the Date Tab in the Opentickets setting to adjust your date and time. At this time we do have a script or edit script that removes the date and time from the tickets. I created a video to further explain this – https://www.screencast.com/t/PnGBKCvV.

Thanks John and let us know if you have further questions on this issue.
