    Hello, does anyone know how to deactivate, I don’t need the billing address, what I have are virtual products and to download I get this message.

    You may update the billing details on the My Account page from the website, then this should be the default shipping address.

    Also, is the product set as both “Virtual” and “Downloadable”?
