    Hi,
    I see you had some discussion on this already but there is no fix mentioned on there.

    On Cart and Checkout, I have the text “Enter your address to view shipping options” against shipping for ALL orders. Many customers wish to collect, so “Collect” should be an option without having to enter their address.

    I am sure this used to work OK but something seems to have changed. I have tried setting customer location to Shop location and geolocation but no change in behaviour.

    Grateful for any help you can provide as this is affecting business – customers find the site too hard to use.

  • Great support from WooCommerce indeed!
    I have similar problem – despite having only one shipping profile I still see this “Enter your address to view shipping options” message if geolocation is turned off. What’s the sense? There’s only one shipping zone with one profile!

    Hi @carryoncoding you can remove this message from the cart page by deactivating the shipping calculator under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping Options

    With the default location set to the shop base, the customer instead sees a message that the shipping will be calculated at checkout. There they will see the collection option.
