Enter url, doesn't redirect to landing page

My web site https://www.jackspetsitting.com/ I have your plugin installed, and have set up and published a landing page, with permalink prefix of “go.” In another browser window (using Firefox), when I enter https://www.jackspetsitting.com/ it goes to my home page instead, not the landing page. Am using the 2012 theme.
When logged into my site, I have set up a CTA and it links directly to my home page just great.
You mentioned on another post using the Home Page plugin, to be able to set up the landing page as the static home page. Can you give me the exact name and author of the plugin? Is this what I need to use to get this all to work?
