Enter text within subscription box

    At a site I am developing, https://runningsomewhere.com, I have a subscription box via feedburner in the top right sidebar. I would like to insert text “Enter Email to Subscribe” within the box as well as make it disappear once the box is clicked, but I am getting lost as to what html to use.

    Please help if possible….

    I now have the text within the box. How do I have the text disappear upon clicking on the box?
