Yes, that’s possible but you have to override wc-endpoint-wallet.php template to themes folder. And modify according to your requirement.

It’s a shame as it essentially renders the transfer unusable on all but the smallest sites and even then it’s not ideal.

Essentially the sender will know the person they wish to send to, however Will not need to see/scroll through all of the people they don’t even know, just as I’m sure most wouldn’t want their (login) username exposed to strangers.

Still a great plugin without this but as it is I will have to keep the transfer disabled.

Hopefully it could be considered for a feature request in a future release?

Though I would disagree that it is outside the core plugin as it’s directly related to the latest feature so not technically “resolved”.

Sorry we really appreciate your help and suggestions to make our plugin more user-friendly. We have added email with user display name in that drop down to our GitHub project please have a look. I think this option will be more user-friendly compared to previous one. And we have used select2 library where user can search for an user by there display name or email id.

I have now added that version and unfortunately listing email addresses publicly would be considered a security risk (and illegal in the UK without express permission), though the select2 search helps regarding the scrolling through a list of names (I edited out the email addresses from displaying for now but now it’s not searchable either).

If it needs to be a search as opposed to a text area would a user search instead of a list be possible? Essentially so it’s a blank field which only shows suggested members when the sender starts to type and the list is hidden by default?
