Enter Coin Name not work

Good afternoon. Faced such a problem with Your Supplement. After installation, go to add coins but in the “Enter Coin Name” is not looking for Bitcoin. If I enter it manually and click save it gives this error “Coin is not in service. Please make sure you have selected the coin name from the appeared dropdown list when you have typed coin name. Still problem : please contact [email protected] for more information. ”
Could you help me?
