  • If you set the responder Mail to “Use HTML content type” then you can include regular HTML in the “Message body” in the mail section.

    I have html ticked and have used html tags thus

    From: <span style="text-transform: capitalize;">[your-name]</span> [your-email]

    Is there an error in my html? Is this too advanced for email clients, I am using Outlook.

    The “Use HTML content type” tick applies only to content in the Message Body section. You won’t be able to use HTML anywhere else.
