I’m trying to close enrollment on a course. I want current
enrollees to be able to continue to access the course and
non enrollees to not be able to enroll.

Do I need to use “access expiration” in course access plan?
If I adjust the date to, say 4/5/17 will this affect current enrollees so that
    they cannot access the course?

Also, I adjusted the enrollment start and enrollment end date within the “restrictions” tab but I’m finding that people can still enroll in the course even though the end date is 4/2/17 (today is 4/6/17).

Is there a main trigger to shut off enrollment or are there a series of steps to take?

    Thanks, Scott

You can do this but users who have already purchased the course will not be affected. We do this to prevent students from being billed differently than what they agreed to upon signup.

This is the correct way to set this up. I have just double checked all of our restriction settings and I am not seeing any issues related to the enrollment date.

Do you have any caching going on that might be preventing the enrollment dates from “sticking” for your students? Are you on the latest version of LifterLMS?

Please post a system report (and a course I can take a look at) so I can help out further.

    Thanks,
