In my product I can select the right product course-10 and made it a virtual product and I have also for sure the following decription in the short product description:
    [moowoodle cohort=”” group=”” course=”10″ class=”moowoodle” target=”_self” authtext=”” activity=”0″][/moowoodle]

In my product I followed all steps, the learner gets an email:
    Username :
    Password : 1Admin@23
To enroll and access your course please click on the course link given below :
To access your course activity=”0″]Demo opleidingen[/moowoodle]
You need to change your password after first login.

Problem, no link, no username and no unique password. Moodle doesnot get any message, no enrolment for the new learner. Also not after processing succeed in woocommerce.

I have followed all steps in moodle and wordpress to install the courses by moowoodle.
Please anyone knows where to find the solution? Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear Patricia,

All the fields are optional except for the course ID. Please check this video of the course set up:

If you still face any difficulty, we would love to do it directly on your website.

    Thank you.

I have exactly the same issue, and I double checked my configuration. The courses can be added to woocommerce as products successfully, but the links in email and my courses page are not work. And no user is created or enrolled in Moodle course.

    Moodle version: 3.8.2
Wordpress and woocommerce are the latest version.

Check that your language setting in WordPress

If it’s not already English(US), change it to that and see if the enrollment email suddenly had a working html link

No that is not an option for me, because the customers won’t understand the language for add to your card instead of the dutch words. So please makers of this plug in fix the problem! Al my settings are done well in moodle and wordpress.

    Dear @patricia1972 @weimiao
We will fix the language issue on our next update.

    Thank you.

The wordpress admin user is the moodle user, this should not be the case, your client should not be a moodle admin, try to emulate an external user, not wordpress admin who buys in your store, the user must be the same one who buys in the shop.
I did the test and the wordpress admin user replied in all cases, I do not respect the client user.

    Dear @welsituesta

The WordPress admin problem will bed fixed in the next update.

    Thank you.

When will be the next update? I still have problems and cannot sell my courses yet. My moodle version is 3.4.8. But before I had no problems with the enrolment and after your update I do have. So I realy don’t understand why there is this problem of no good enrolment.

@patricia1972 We are planning to release the update this week.
    Thank you.
