• Hello,

I have a problem with enrolment option inside a lesson. When unenrolled user tries to watch a video, he gets such a notification: link to screenshot

When a user clicks it, he’s redirected to “overview” tab. If he then goes once again to lessons directly, he gets the same notification as before (link to screenshot ) but this time button “Enroll” doesn’t work – nothing happens after clicking. Reloading also doesn’t help here. If he goes back to curriculum, he sees all of lessons without padlocks – he gets the impression that content isn’t locked anymore. Also, he sees “Continue” button below the curriculum (despite the fact that he’s not enrolled in a course yet so there should be “Enroll” button there). He clicks it (“Continue” button) and goes to the first lesson. He gets the same notification as before (link to screenshot ) and sees padlocks next to lessons titles on the left. BUT: when he goes to second and any other lesson, it turns out that they aren’t locked anymore!! User doesn’t see padlocks and also he actually can watch the videos!! (despite the fact that he’s not enrolled yet). So: he just can’t watch the first lesson, everything else is already unlocked.

I assume that everytime when user tries to watch locked content, he should be redirected to login/register page with button “Enroll” (not to “overview” because he can still miss this “enroll” button there and whole process is longer for no reason) and then back to the place where he already was (lesson, overview, curriculum or whatever).

I use Learnpress 3.2.6.5 , Google Chrome (Version 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and macOS Mojave 10.14.6. Can you, please, fix it so that this button redirects a user to login/register page and then back to this lesson, without any other problems, additional pages (like “overview”) etc.? It’s a very urgent problem and a huge bug – I’m looking forward for solving it.

  • I am also experiencing similar problem. Users that are normally enrolled and undertaking courses will all of a sudden lose their right to complete their lessons. and when you check the overview, they are no longer enrolled.
This is happening on a significant rate. I ve had over 15 complaints now……and all i can do is manually add them back, but that is not sustainable. So, pls any expert fix or solution is so much welcome……..
