Enrollment for free course not working

    Hi
    I have set up a Free Course Access Plan but the system will not allow user to enroll (incognito or using another browser).
    Can you please advise?

    Update:
    I have decided to retrace my steps and start again => plugin deactivated => deleted => database cleared => will re-engage with process.

    Hi Natalie

    I have re-installed LifterLMS, as outlined previously.
    I have used the LifterLMS Quickstart Course as my template to see if the Enrollment issue has been resolved.
    Unfortunately, the same issue presents (https://daltaprep.com/purchase/?plan=3318) and the enrollment is not successful (two icons on the screen rotate).
    Can you please advise as to the issue?

    UPDATE:
    For the benefit of others who may have encountered this issue, the source of the problem was a plugin.
    The response to my query on this forum was erroneous and offered no help:
    ‘We had a look at the website linked above and it looks like the checkout is up and running now!’ This was not correct.
