Enrolling Problem

    I am using the free Version of Tutor Lms.
    I have a problem with the paid courses and pwd protected courses.
    There’s this loop when I click on start Learning it shows Please enroll in this course to view course content ViewCourse. and when I click on ViewCourse It shows start Learning.

    Could you please confirm if you are using any caching plugin on your website? Sometimes, caching can cause issues with course enrollment and access. If you do have a caching plugin enabled, try clearing the cache or temporarily disabling it to see if that resolves the issue.

    Hey @zein201 , I was stuck on this same issue for hours. The issue was I had Public Course toggled on for my course. This setting makes the course “public” with no ability to enroll/purchase it.

    You have to turn this off by doing the following:

    1. Navigate to Dashboard > Tutor LMS > [The Course]
    2. Click the Title (or the “Three Dots” > Edit)
    3. Scroll down to the Options section
    4. Toggle Public Course to the off position
    5. Save

    Now, view your course on your website. You will see an Add to Cart button displayed on your course.
