• Hello!

    I’ve had this issue with all of the users enrolled in my page’s courses. For some reason all progress was reset and they were unable to access the course again. What could have caused this?

    I’ve enrolled all users manually on their courses again and cleared the sites caché, but I’m afraid this might happen again.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Hi,

    Please be sure you don’t use the tool reset user progress in the LearnPress -> Tools -> Reset course progress
