    To enroll multiple users at once, you need to keep the users somewhere. So the first step is to create user accounts.

    Then you need to run our program to tag the users to courses. There are mutiple things involved and needs to be planned very well to avoid duplication and bugs. I I would suggest you to hire a developer to help you with this.
