Mine is doing this as well. It shows “email is required field” for example, but the form area is greyed out and the spinning circle just keeps going and going.

I recently updated wordpress, php, all plugins and themes so everything is up to date. One of them must have broke this function.

I thought it was the Captcha at first, so I disabled that, but still the same issue.

Just leave the Fields Blank and Send
It will display the message ‘Name field is required’ but just have that spinning icon.

If I understand well, did you fixed it? I don’t understand If I have to put some code somewhere or just wait for an updates?
