Enquiry on a Product with Variations

I would like to know if and/or how this Product Enquiry plugin can be made to incorporate any attribute variations a customer may have selected prior to pressing the “Make an Enquiry” button. I can’t seem to find anything via a search on any woocommerce / wordpress plugins that talks about this. I would have though this would be vital. My products can be complex with up to 5 variables.
